- Hourly Rates: We do not charge a call out fee. We only charge for work carried out.
- Materials: All materials supplied by Attimo are subject to a trade + 20% markup.
- Material Collection: This is chargeable at our hourly rate in 15-minute increments and we will always try to keep this under 1 hour.
- Larger or Complex Jobs: For larger or more complex jobs, we will provide an estimate after assessing and diagnosing the initial fault.
- Fixed Price / Estimates: We can offer a verbal or written fixed price estimate upon request.
- Included: ULEZ and travel times are all included in our hourly rate.
- Not Included: Parking and Congestion Charge Zone are all charged in addition to our hourly rate.
